Reservation and Payment
- You can make a reservation via email. If there is availability, we will send a confirmation email. This cancellation fee schedule applies if the vacation starts at least six weeks after our confirmation email. If the vacation starts within six weeks of our confirmation email, the fees listed under points 2 through 4 apply.
-
Sometimes we, or you, may wish to postpone the booked stay to a later date. It can also happen that we cannot honor a booked stay due to circumstances beyond our control. This is considered force majeure. In that case, we will try to find alternative dates with you. If there is availability and we agree to move the booked stay to a later date, the cancellation fees will be calculated based on the dates of the original reservation. If we move the booked stay to an earlier date, the cancellation fees will be calculated based on the dates of the new reservation.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
